Motherhood is easier when you don’t have to do it alone.
Mum’s Club is a free* weekly gathering for English-speaking mums living in Szczecin and the surrounding area. It’s a warm, welcoming space where you can meet other mums, enjoy a cup of coffee, share experiences, ask questions, or simply take a moment for yourself.
These meetings are hosted by a psychologist and cognitive behavioural psychotherapist, but they are not therapy sessions. There is no pressure, no expectations and no agenda—just genuine conversations, new friendships and a supportive community.
Whether you’ve just moved to Poland, you’re raising a multicultural family, or you’re simply looking to connect with other English-speaking mums, you’ll always find a place here.
Who is it for?
English-speaking mums of children of all ages.
Expat mums and international families.
